Event Description:
Join NCDHH, the American Red Cross, and the Douglas County Health Department for a free, in-person Emergency Preparedness Workshop designed for the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing community.

Disasters can strike at any time, and preparing now can make all the difference. This workshop will provide:

  • 🔥🌪 Fire and tornado safety tips tailored for the community

  • ❤️ Hands-only CPR demonstration

  • 🎁 Free giveaways from the Red Cross

  • 🛎 Opportunities to sign up for free smoke alarm installation and shaker alarms
