This 1-hour online presentation is for parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children.

Presented by Cody McEvoy Cody McEvoy grew up in Omaha, Nebraska along with two siblings. All three are Deaf and were born to hearing parents. Growing up, Cody attended mainstream public school and received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. He has worked at the American School for the Deaf in Connecticut as a residential counselor (First Deaf School to open in the United States). He returned back home to Nebraska where he now works for the Nebraska Commission for the Deaf Hard of hearing as the Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinator. Cody is currently finishing up graduate school to become a Mental Health Counselor for the Deaf. Register by October 2, 2020. Complete the following registration form.
