The Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will hold a rule-making hearing pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §84-907.
The subject matter and scope is to amend language in Title 96, the current Rules and Regulations established to maintain levels of competency for sign language interpreters that work in the community for compensation, as well as Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) companies providing services in Nebraska. There will be no fiscal impact on these amended changes.
- All interested persons are invited to attend and testify orally or by written submission at the hearing.
